I am not one to ship RL pairings simply because I find it a little creepy, and people's personal lives are, well, personal.

Yet, I love Chaske & Tinsel's friendship outside of the Twilight saga movies. They're all kinds of cute.

And, honestly, they were the only part of that movie I really liked. If anyone could make me ship Sam/Emily, it's them...

3 weeks.

That's all my life amounts too.

I haven't felt this alone since my Mimma passed away. Back then, I was so indignant. So angry. Everyone was leaving me but I could not understand why. I felt like I deserved more from everyone. More than abandonment, more than pain. I may not have gotten more but I held onto the notion that it was mine to have.

Now, my tune is different.

I use to think the fault lay at the feet of others. Yet, in the wake of being tossed aside by the person I trusted most, I realize it was me all along. I was never enough. Good enough, strong enough, enough of whatever anyone needed. So they all left, marching off to a brighter horizon.

I think of my favorite short story. I am the child left behind. Only the moral is different. It wasn't because someone had to be left, but because no one should have to shoulder the weight of the worthless.

Seriously, though, I started around 4 years ago, I think. (shrugs) I could not tell you the first icontest I entered, quite honestly.

The effect works, the coloring is pretty, a decent crop. Not going to pat myself on the back or anything but I seem to have a special affinity for this icon.

Uhm...layers set to Soft Light on top of layers set to Screen, I suppose.

I hate when many trends are piled onto one icon so it looks like a cluttered mess.

In a plight to ease my mind about a real life love, I figured I use my favorite onscreen couple as a means of creative catharsis. Hence, a picspam of my favorite LP moments tied in with some quotes and comments.

Dear Santa,

This year I've been busy!

In November I turned gwacamolly in for farting in church (3 points). Last week I ruled Iran as a kind and benevolent dictator (700 points). Last Sunday I helped xxsweet_jen24xx see the light (8 points). In January on a flight to LA, I stole the emergency flight information card (-40 points). In February I farted in an elevator (-6 points).

Overall, I've been nice (665 points). For Christmas I deserve a wedgie!

Does anyone know if any of the schools/libraries around here take book donations around the area? Or if any of the schools take school supply donations? Too, is there any organization that takes book donations and redistribute them to soldiers?

I have far too many books, of all kinds, and school supplies. In fact, the majority of my stuff that is packed is school supplies and books and I figure that I would do better by donating the stuff to people who will need it because I am not going to have any place to put it. Plus..I can also buy more if I need them.

Coley, I have some yarn that you can have if you want it.
